ERGOMETRICS simple Viewer interface

Click on the ERGOMETRICS Viewer icon. 

The dialog box Dashboard Viewer Data is displayed. 

Position the pointer on a Dashboard in the list to select a Dashboard.

Click the Show Button.  The Dashboard is displayed, with the latest complete set of performance data being reported. There is also a choice for viewing previous data.

Viewing Dashboards at a lower level (Drill Down)

To view linked Dashboards click on any Gauge, which is displayed as a button.

A list of linked Dashboards will be displayed or, if there is only one linked Dashboard, this will be displayed with the latest available data.  

The ERGOMETRICS “Details Option” in the Viewer allows the user to view the details that support the gauge being reported. The “Show Details” window displays the Metric Value, Unit of Measure, Performance Owner, Integrity Owner, Trend, Status, and Action.

When Viewing a Dashboard right click on the Dashboard but outside of a gauge and choose “Show Details” the Gauge Details window will then be opened.

Moving the mouse over a Gauge will then display the details for that gauge in the Gauge Details window.

No set up options are required to use this feature; the source of the displayed details is the metrics Infomart.

Where a specific action has been determined, for a specific performance condition in “Action Set Maintenance”, this is shown in the “Gauge Details”.

Precise reporting leads to the correct response by the KPI owner or manager.
